For custom designs, logos or images, please upload a clear file where requested or email it to info@lovetolaser.co.uk with your order number.

Each item is made to order by Love to Laser. Products are designed, laser cut, engraved, painted or finished depending on the item ordered.

As every piece is handmade, small natural variations in wood grain, colour, finish or placement may occur. These are part of the handmade nature of the product and make each item unique.

Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has started, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.
