Before getting in touch

For order queries, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The product you ordered
  • The name or wording used for personalisation
  • Any photos or files if your query relates to damage, artwork, logos or custom designs

My normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.

I aim to reply as soon as possible during working hours. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in quoted delivery or dispatch timescales.

Although messages are answered during working hours, some production may still take place outside these hours.

Custom orders

If you would like something personalised, altered, or made especially for you, please send over the details and I’ll let you know what is possible.

For logo or image-based products, high-quality files are best. SVG, DXF, PNG or JPEG files may be suitable depending on the product.
