Delivery and Processing

  • When will I receive my order?

  • What are processing times?

Processing times are the time it takes to make an item. Order processing times can be found on the individual listing, when an order contains more than one item with different processing times the longer processing time will apply.

  • My order hasn’t arrived!

Unfortunately, sometimes delays happen during transit. Every effort is made to ensure your order is dispatched before the listed timescale but I cannot be held responsible for delays beyond my control once the item has been dispatched with the courier.

In the event your order is delayed past the expected delivery date please contact me as soon as possible. Both Evri and Royal Mail have a 10-14 day investigation period once a missing parcel inquiry has been made. Therefore, refunds or replacements will not be sent out until an inquiry has been opened and the investigation period has expired.

  • My order has arrived damaged!

Every effort is made to make sure your order arrives with you safely. However, in the rare event your order has arrived damaged please contact me immediately and provide photos of the damage. In most cases a refund or replacement will be offered however in some circumstances I will request that the item is returned before a refund or replacement is provided.

Personalisations and Cancellations

  • How do I send images for personalised products?

Most listings will contain a section where you can upload your chosen file. Original images in SVG or DFX format must be utilised. High Resolution JPEG and PNG are the acceptable image formats. Low-quality images may be rejected. Additionally, you are welcome to email any relevant files linked to your order to info@lovetolaser.co.uk.

  • I have made a mistake in my personalisation, Can I edit my order?

Personalised orders cannot be edited after 24 hours as they will be in production. However, please do contact me as I will always try to help wherever I can.

  • I want to cancel my order

Most of my items are handmade to order and often personalised, it is for this reason that orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours. However, please do contact me as I will always try to help wherever I can.

My issue isn’t listed, I need more help!
