Each item is made to order by Love to Laser. Products are designed, laser cut, engraved, painted or finished depending on the item ordered.
As every piece is handmade, small natural variations in wood grain, colour, finish or placement may occur. These are part of the handmade nature of the product and make each item unique.

Processing time is the time needed to make, personalise and prepare your order before dispatch.
Processing time: Usually 3–5 working days. For bulk orders: please message before ordering
If your order contains more than one item, the longest processing time will apply to the full order.
All website orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £20.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or courier delays.

Custom wording:
The standard medal reads SANTA RUN with the year underneath.
If you would like the wording changed, enter your preferred event wording and year in the box provided. Space within the design is limited, so short event names work best.
If your wording is significantly longer than SANTA RUN, please contact me before ordering so I can confirm that it will fit.
