A personalised wooden name puzzle, lovingly handmade to order and painted in your chosen colours to create a keepsake that is both beautiful and fun.

Designed to help little ones recognise and spell their name, this personalised name puzzle includes one hand painted character piece of your choice, making it a thoughtful gift for birthdays, baby showers, christenings, Christmas, Easter, nursery décor, or a new baby keepsake.

Choose from a wide range of character pieces, including animals, sea life, dinosaurs, vehicles, bugs, flowers, rainbows, and other fun designs. Each puzzle also includes a complimentary display stand and gift wrapping as standard.

Puzzle Details

Each puzzle is handmade from eco-friendly birch and poplar plywood, with raised letters and pieces that are easier for little hands to lift and place back into the board.

Sizes vary depending on the name length, with an average size of approximately 330mm wide x 100mm high x 10mm deep. Character pieces are approximately 70mm.

Names are made in sentence case unless requested otherwise, using a cursive font for the name and any engraved message. Please enter all personalisation exactly as you would like it to appear, and check spelling carefully before ordering.

If you have a colour scheme in mind, simply leave a note with your order.

Please Note

As this item is made from natural wood, each puzzle will have its own unique grain, markings, and character. Laser cut wooden items may have darker edges and a slight natural wood scent. Each piece is hand painted, so small variations in the painted surface may occur.

Adult supervision is advised when playing with this puzzle.

Each puzzle is handmade to order. My usual processing time is around 7 working days, although many orders are ready sooner where possible. Free gift wrapping is included as standard, making your puzzle ready to give as a special personalised gift.

Handmade to Order

Each item is made to order by Love to Laser. Products are designed, laser cut, engraved, painted or finished depending on the item ordered.

As every piece is handmade, small natural variations in wood grain, colour, finish or placement may occur. These are part of the handmade nature of the product and make each item unique.

Processing & Delivery

Processing time is the time needed to make, personalise and prepare your order before dispatch.

Current processing times are shown on each product page. If your order contains more than one item, the longest processing time will apply to the full order.

Free standard UK delivery is available on orders over £20.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays or courier delays.

Returns & Cancellations

Personalised and custom-made items cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled once production has started, unless they arrive damaged, faulty, incorrect or not as described.
